Today our normal nuclear energy source is nuclear fission, which is splitting atoms. Which can result in major accidents like the event in Chernobyl, Ukraine. The ingredients to make nuclear fission are tritium and detritum, which results in helium and one neutron. Although, neutrons are very hard to store, and that could be very dangerous. But, we also have the option of using clean nuclear energy, which is nuclear fusion. Nuclear fusion is merging atoms. Merging atoms is much safer than splitting them, and using nuclear fusion could decrease many environmental threats. Threats such as:

•Global Warming (caused by carbon dioxide from air pollution)

            •Cancer

            â€¢Asthma

            •Energy Shortages

            â€¢Allergies

            â€¢Acid Rain

Clean nuclear fusion is created by Deterium and Helium 3. That causes a problem because Helium 3 is very rare on earth. Since it is so rare, that makes clean energy very expensive. The solution that everyone wants to use is mining on the moon, but won't that affect it's gravitational pull on the earth? We came up with a solution. You could collect it's dust that has been absorbing Helium 3 for millions of years.

The Main Idea

Still Thinking We Are Picking up the Crumbs off the Floor?

All of the problems listed above are connected in some type of way to each other. When nuclear fusion is spread thoughout the Earth, that will decrease air pollution, since it is clean energy. Air pollution is one of the causes of global warming, which will decrease as an effect. Global warming is one of the causes of some cancers, as well as asthsma. Air polloution is also in ties with allergies. Air pollution is also a major cause of acid rain, which is a very large problem in Germany. With all of these problems being solved, do you still think that we are picking up the crumbs off the floor?
